Really enjoyable stay will book again

Pros: Hotel was very comfortable all areas were clean and tidy,staff were very good and helpful,good fresh cooked breakfast inthe morning set us up for the day Prices reflected good value for money Will definitely stay again as I visit Cumnock quite regularly

Cons: Reception area for booking in is not very efficient or private.We were told there was a 24 hour reception but on our first night we got back in just after midnight the reception area/restaurant was locked up and no one around to enquire about a query we had

A nice place to stay

Pros: The staff are so friendly and helpful, lovely atmosphere. Huge comfy bed

Cons: The hearing broke and couldn’t be fixed during my stay - but staff immediately provided electric heaters The rooms are looking a little dated but still comfortable

Lovely stay, great sized rooms, fantastic breakfast and staff.

Pros: This hotel was great for our large group- we had three rooms for 6 adults and 5 children. Rooms were very spacious- exceeded expectations. All of our rooms where located next to each other as requested- which really helped as we had young children. The staff were lovely- breakfast was fantastic. Would love to have tried the restaurant for lunch/evening meal (unfortunately we only spent the one night as we were in New Cummnock for a wedding.) Rooms were clean. Definitely would return to this hotel and recommend to friends.

Cons: Only thing I could recommend I would like differently was perhaps the temperature- rooms/hallways were extremely warm- making it a little uncomfortable at some points to sleep. I mostly feel cold so this was unusual for me to feel too warm. Didn't put me off enough though that I wouldn't stay again.

Just wish it wasn’t a two hour drive away, recommend it to anyone visiting the area, or as a great place to eat if passi

Pros: Modern, but homely. Room comfortable and good size en-suite had the most commodious walk in shower that I’ve ever seen ( could hold a party in) With shower and separate spray .

Cons: The dinner very reasonably priced was magnificent in its quality and portions. Possibly the best eating experience ever !
