Amazing stay
Pros: The room was top quality, hot chocolate or tea on offer with some tea cakes and quality streets. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and a lovely quilt. The host was absolutely amazing, offered to make us breakfast and even went out of her way to accommodate us when we said we'd have to leave earlier than she said she'd do it for. Absolutely zero faults come to mind about this stay.

This Farm B&B was perfect!
Pros: We couldn't fault this B&B. It was a lovely place. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasurable one. The room was clean and spacious and had a large well equipped bathroom. The location was perfect, set a few miles from the nearest pub where we had our evening meal. The breakfast was divine and again nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. We had no issues at all. It was perfect.

Great stay with challenging adventure to summit
Pros: Location spot on for Scafell Pike and other local walks.Eateries especially Lions @lambs nearby with large portions, breakfast at farm locally sourced produce and cooked beautifuly.Very welcoming and knowledgeable hostess. The room is large ,bed comfortable and there is tea coffee and more complimentary drinks available. Shower /toilet clean and with good quality shower gel, shampoo and soap. The farm also has yurts for more adventurous travellers. Well recommended ,pleasurable stay.
Cons: We had three days to achieve Scafell Pike summit.Unfortunately an unexpected storm with heavy rains pushed our plans by 24hr.The storm has caused a very challenging crossing at Lingmill pass where many hikers abandoned their treck to summit.Storm only has caused a concern for safety we didn't like.

To sum up our stay I would say this is a brilliant place to go and stay.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and the cooked breakfast was very nicely cooked and a good amount. Clare was a fantastic host who made us feel comfortable straight away She was a fountain of knowledge about the local area and beyond, very down to earth and easy to talk to.
Cons: In our opinion there wasnβt anything associated with our stay that we didnβt like.
