Pros: Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and good value

Pros: I was lucky enough to park right outside. I was made very welcome and the staff were all delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. Fairlight is situated right in the centre of the village; you can walk right from the front door or the Ullswater Steamers jetty is a very gentle walk, perhaps ten minutes. The breakfasts are brilliant too.

Pros: Helpful staff, cracking breakfast, great facilities and clean. What more could you ask for from a guesthouse in a perfect location.
