Brilliant

Pros: We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a large balcony which was lovely! We could not fault anything about our wonderful stay and really enjoyed our breakfasts. The staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

really enjoyed our stay and exploring grasmere would definitely stay again

Pros: the superior room with the high bed was extremely comfortable , the spa bath was excellent spent way to long in there , really enjoyed our stay

Cons: room was a good size would benefit from a fridge , not a huge selection for hot breakfast , no bacon , beans black pudding etc....

Another wonderful stay in Grassmere!

Pros: Quality breakfast, but could feel a bit repetitive if you stay for longer. Having said that, we really appreciate that they offer local produce. We arrived at a quiet booking time, and therefore had a free upgrade and the reception staff very kindly let us choose our room (as we stayed here once before and would like to stay in the same room we did). Jacuzzi bath after a long mountain walk was a treat, and room was warm and spacious.

Cons: I'd suggest to have a better kitchen extractor so that cooking smell doesn't rise up to bedrooms.

Great 2 nights over New Year. Would certainly stay again!

Pros: Breakfast superb. Great bathroom & lovely towels. Hosts very very nice.

Cons: Managed to park ok as got there early, but could be a bit tight if arriving later in day.

Very relaxing trip

Pros: The bed was beautiful and v comfy. Its very high so some might need a step to get on to it. Staff were so friendly and it was the perfect location in the centre of the village. Provided gluten free food which was tasty too.
