2 days stay on way back from the Scottish highlands. Beautiful coastline near Dumfries

Pros: Beautiful property. Very comfortable and good location to explore.

Pros: Everything!! The location of the stables, the amazing views, the hot tub, how quiet and peaceful it was. It had everything we needed or could have wanted. The hosts (paul and Fiona) were lovely and very helpful and welcoming.

Cons: Nothing!!

Great escape from everyday hustle and bustle, will return 100%

Pros: Fantastic little hideaway I had a fantastic time there with my Beautiful Wonderful wife. Fiona and Paul were lovely provided us with a warm welcome and explained everything we needed to know.

Pros: The hosts went above and beyond all expectations. The location was amazing and the property and surroundings were perfect! It was secure gated x it was an amazing stay and surpassed all our expectations! We have booked again 👍🏻

Idyllic and peaceful ☺️

Pros: So quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was amazing! Bed was super comfy. Loved how dog friendly it was. Such a pretty location. Loved sitting in our wee private garden playing scrabble before cooking out dinner in the bbq and popping in and out the tub! Pure bliss x

Cons: Nothing! Only one comment, maybe just a sheet of paper to explain cooker, heating etc as it took us a bit to work them out🤣says more about me probably!

Lovely relaxing 3 night break in an absolutely amazing cottage with its own pub and hot tub.

Pros: Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, very well equipped,super comfortable bed, nice powerful shower, lovely and cosy in the evening, quiet location, your own pub, absolutely amazing Swedish hot tub and beautiful views from the large enclosed rear garden. Received a lovely warm welcome from the hosts Paul & Fiona (and Alan the dog), who showed us round the property. Also had a welcome pack of Prosecco, cheeseboard, fresh eggs, oatcakes which was a lovely touch. An absolutely amazing place to relax and unwind, would definitely recommend and will definitely book again in the future. Thank you so much Paul & Fiona for such a lovely time at your cottage.

Cons: Couldn’t fault this place, everything about it was amazing.

Pros: Stayed here for 3 nights whilst having our wedding ceremony at Gretna green. Fiona and Paul are so welcoming and even went the extra mile when we got back from our wedding. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, modern and all the small things have been thought of. The hot tub was amazing and especially the view from it and the garden. It was so nice to have secure garden for our dog to run around and enjoy. Definitely recommend thank you SO much xxx

Perfect and private romantic getaway.

Pros: Everything. The attention to detail was second to none. We don't use the 'P' word as a rule because nothing is perfect, but this is the perfect location for a romantic private get away in lovely setting. We spent a lot of time outside and it was only April (the hot tub is excellent). All of the positive reviews are correct. If anything, they're understated. We booked to return next year before we checked out.
