Isle of Man 🇮🇲

A lovely staycation, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was central to shops. It was also very clean.

Pros: How central it is, staff were accommodating and the place was clean.

Cons: Not accessible for people with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs.

Good hotel functional and in a convenient location

Pros: Good location and nice restaurant. Close to all the main amenities.

Cons: Rooms are quite dark and small and depending on where you’re located they can be noisy at nights.

Excellent hotel. We will definitely stay again

Pros: We have just had 2 lovely nights in this hotel. Staff are very accommodating, the rooms are beautiful and clean. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Right in the centre of town too. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Cons: We could not find any fault on the hotel at all.

Great location to the town centre of Douglas

Pros: Great location. Town centre is right behind the hotel, a minutes walk even less. Good Wetherspoons round the corner too, Nice breakfast in the morning in the hotel. Recommend the omlette - I did prefer that to the traditional breakfast.

Cons: Pillows were far too flat. Using two just made your kneck feel too stiff and propped up. The central heating system - I have read this in a few several other comments. However wasn’t sure if it would be certain rooms - our room was the same, heating was so loud like a loud boiler noise if I had the radiator on! So it stayed off. But was warm enough.
