Pros: Excellent location, extremely comfortable beds, loads of space in the cottage

Cons: Kitchen equipment was slightly less than expected so cooking larger meals for groups was only just possible

tired of a big city? stay in Garden Cottage.

Pros: Silence and darkness after dusk. We were surrounded by the nature. Clean air. No big city noises waking us up. Perfect place to relax.

Cons: Wifi password seemed to be invalid Arriving late we got lost, couldn't locate Garden Cottage, luckily we met someone who directed us to the cottage

Pros: This place has amazing scenery with some excellent walks. Very very peaceful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming would definitely stay here again

An enjoyable stay & great place for our family to celebrate Mum’s 70th birthday

Pros: The cottage is an ideal hideaway, in beautiful surroundings, under 5 mile drive from local shops & a supermarket, was beautifully decorated, very welcoming & all needs were catered for.

Cons: The heating wasn’t working the first night. After contacting Martin first thing Saturday morning he came & fixed it; had made alternative arrangements for us all in case it couldn’t be fixed & contacted me early evening to make sure the heating was still working. He went above & beyond to make sure we had heating.

Wonderful weekend

Pros: Everything about this beautiful place was 100 per cent. Location surroundings. Cottage itself was stunning. Staff were extremely helpful when we needed them. Everything was perfect.

We had a fabulous, girls weekend away in beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Our cottage was away from everything, totally secluded. The cottage had everything that you could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable & the bedrooms spacious. Decor was beautiful.

Cons: Dining table & chairs were a bit rickety. Radiators needed bleeding.
