Fantastic stay, wonderful hosts, immaculate property and beautiful location.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hosts were so pleasant and helpful from start to finish and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. A lovely touch of coffee and shortbread on arrival and an added bonus of the beautiful hot tub. The accommodation was also immaculate and had everything you could want for a few luxury days away. Will definitely be back.

Cons: Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect 10 out of 10

Would definately stay again

Pros: The hotel for key collection is at other side of Portpatrick from the property up a steep incline. I walked up it to collect keys but if driving it's fine. Accommodation was at top of hill with lovely view. Hot tub was a fab addition, so good to relax after a day siteseeing. We had lunch at Stranraer before check in. Bought supplies at the supermarket there too. Lots of places to visit, especially if you have a car. Spent a lovely afternoon on the beach at Port Logan and took a drive to the Mull of Galloway lighthouse which has a lovely cafe. Both well worth a visit. We ate in 3 different pubs/hotels in Portpatrick all serving delicious food.

Cons: Was a bit worried after reading some of the previous reviews for property but everything in flat suited our needs. Paintwork a but scuffed here and there but that's normal wear and tear. Only thing l could suggest is a wee side table next to couches for putting cups/drinks on. But that is just a personal preference.

Great Appartments

Pros: Great appartments with everything you need fir your stay. Amazing views!

Cons: We had a hot tub which we only used once in the morning when it was sunny as the temperature was not warm enough to use at night.

Pros: Lovey apartment with everything you would need.. comfortable and spotlessly clean Added bonus was the hot tub

Cons: It's up a steap road so not for the infirm unless you like driving everywhere

Comfortable Property.

Pros: After an initial problem with the heating system the staff at the Mount Stuart Hotel responded quickly and provided an excellent alternative. The property was well equipped, spotlessly clean and excellent value for our long weekend.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.
