Excellent value for money, good all round stay

Pros: Excellent value for money, old furniture, but spotlessly clean, lovely biscuits, plenty of tea and coffee, breakfast very good, plenty of variety.

Cons: A bit out of the town, 5 minute drive

Pros: Location perfect. Easy 10min into centre Stayed before and will stay again. Shower powerful. Light and airy room. Hotel having update (breakfast good)

Cons: Bedroom was cold in night. Heating didn't come on til morning. (Woke early hours chilly)

Magnificent stay at a quality hotel.

Pros: The room I booked with a double bed was larger than expected and very comfortable. The room was well decorated, had plenty of light from the two large windows. the two seater sofa was so comfortable and a welcome relief after a day of walking. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep in no time. The staff from checking in to leaving were exceptional, helpful and so friendly, the interaction with the guests gave the atmosphere of such a welcoming place. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a good choice for all tastes and the main thing I already miss. As for value for money it was marvellous and was better priced than some of other hotels and accommodation in the same area. Compared to the previous times I have stayed the level of quality and professionalism has increased significantly and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel.

Cons: Cannot say a bad thing about the place.

Pros: Staff were lovely. Was in a good location not too far from the centre of town. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a good choice. Great value for money.

Cons: The room was dated, and the carpet has seen better days.

Cosy room with comfy bed and delish breakfast

Pros: The quality of the room exceeded my expectations and was great value for money, the bed was comfortable and easy to fall asleep on and due to this I had a great night sleep- the breakfast was lovely, would recommend.

Cons: Forewarning for those on a plant-based diet and plan on having breakfast at the hotel, you need to ask for plant-based options the night before, otherwise the options they did have were delish.

Pros: Brilliant place exactly breakfast very clean too. I be back again Thank you.

Good value for money in a nice wee local hotel

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was as expected and the shower was fine. Overall a good stay. Would probably return if in the area.

Cons: It is a little bit dated, but it was good value at the price.
