Nice relaxing stay, and would stay again.

Pros: Nice big room and bed. Breakfast very nice also. Staff very friendly.

Cons: It looked like urine marks on the toilet seat around the areas where the toilet seat is connected to the toilet bowl. Creaky floorboards, but expected in an old building. These aren't complaints, by the way.

Pros: All the staff where friendly & approachable breakfast was very high quality. The rooms where also.very spacious despite being a solo traveller my room had a large Dbl & a Sngl bed inside, also a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom with a TV at the bottom end of the bath.

Cons: I didnt notice until after I'd booked and paid that despite being advertised as a Spa hotel that access to the Spa wasn't included within the cost of the room and that an additional charge of £50 for 2hrs Spa access was required this was somewhat alleviated by the jacuzzi being within the room.

Our stay was lovely, we came to watch New identity as they are family friends!

Pros: The hotel was beautiful! The reception area is beautifully decorated, we enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately we did not have time to the use the spa facilities however they looked amazing!

Pros: Outstanding staff — especially Kevin and Lewis, who were professional, kind, and clear throughout. The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and welcoming. The food was fantastic, and the whole experience left me blown away. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great hotel with friendly staff, very comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located close to the city centre.

Cons: Only wished that the shower gel would have not been in little plastic bottles.

Perfect for a short stay to see the surrounding area

Pros: Breakfast, excellent choice, hot and well prepared. Room spacious but heating did not work, small heater added to room to a make a comfortable temperature, staff were very helpful

Expensive enough to make it not good value for money but enjoyed it, thanks to the staff.

Pros: All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient, There is a varied range of restaurants, bars and facilities. The hotel is old fashioned and comf0rtable, which we liked.

Cons: Our room was quite small, a bit short of space, although quite comfortable. Altogether including the cost of the stay it was very much over-priced.

Pros: Excellent room got a free upgrade on arrival, Hotel was very clean, great décor, we ate in the restaurant and the food was very good, staff we very friendly.
