Fantastic stay at a great hotel!

Pros: The large swimming pool was absolutely fantastic. My husband, daughter, and I were the only ones there for ages, and we had some real fun family time together. Also the food in the restaurant was fantastic.

Cons: I had no kettle in my room, but since we booked two rooms, my husband’s room had one. I thought housekeeping would notice the lack of a kettle on the second day, but it wasn’t until I returned to a beautifully clean room that I realised it was still missing. Although it was inconvenient, the rest of the trip was fantastic.

Good value for money with excellent facilities for a little extra

Pros: Room is good value with all the expected facilities. Really nice bonus that for £10 extra you can use the facilities for the hotel across the road, including sauna, large swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. Breakfast was good, fairly priced and well worth it. Location is right in the town if you want to go to any bars or restaurants.

Cons: Only gripe was that the heating was on a bit too strongly so despite opening the window the room was too hot, but we did stay in a spell of especially good weather where it was more than 20 degrees in the day.

lovely stay

Pros: property was really good location and was tidy and clean inside.

Cons: I had some trouble with the access card when I first arrived which reception sorted but I had to walk from one building to the next a few times. also one of my bins wasn’t emptied when the room was clean and it was still full when I returned to the room.
