We really enjoyed it warm comfortable

Pros: Beautiful room ,comfy bed. Shower good. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate.

Cons: When arrived one young man could do a little better and be more helpful to someone who hasn't been before. But everyone else really helpful

Pros: Overnight stay for work. Really nice room I booked a premium single room in the main hotel but got a decent sized king room.

Cons: Very comfortable clean room and bathroom. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Also free parking.

Come for the Staff!

Pros: The staff were lovely, especially the Night Manager . It was also great to have a cooked breakfast. The room was big but the facilities were not the best, although I appreciated the presence of a fan to keep one cool as well as the complimentary earbuds.

Cons: The bathroom was very cramped. The bed was only a single which should have been a double for that price. The bed was also situated where there was a gap with the wall which was not comfortable to sleep in at all.
