Amazing stay!

Pros: Annie was an amazing host! We had a really lovely time and the room was very comfortable and cosy. The views from the house were beautiful.

Wonderful host and amazing place!

Pros: Wonderful host we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was huge and beautifully finished with the comfiest bed I have slept in for a long time. We were just sorry we couldn’t stay another night!

Wonderful hospitality, great views and ideal location for Carlisle

Pros: Had the best time, thanks to Anne’s hospitality Great location for my meeting the next morning and I was given the largest room in the house, with exceptional facilities. Anne is a superb host and made me feel very welcome - would recommend!

Would particularly recommend it for single guests.

Pros: Overlooking open country side. Lovely decoration and a welcoming family home.

Cons: On a main road that was a bit noisy but I soon got used to that.

Warm welcoming cosy comfortable

Pros: So warm and Welcoming. We arrived cold, wet and muddy from cycling . Annie was so kind . Put the heating on and the electric blanket . Spacious cosy comfortable bedroom . Excellent farmhouse breakfast very relaxed
