Great value guest house for my 2 night visit to the city

Pros: Amazing room with lots of wee individual touches Jus few minutes walk into city centre or train station I have stayed in a few places in Carlisle and the Cartref guest house is miles ahead of its rivals in the city

Home from home

Pros: The guesthouse felt more like a home from home. Lots of thought gone into little extras in the room. Dogs felt very at home. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely warm room.

Such a lovely cosy nights sleep

Pros: Cartref was beautifully decorated throughout with a lovely welcoming and cosy vibe. My room was very comfortable and had some really nice person touches to make the stay extra cosy! This was an ideal location and the host was also very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cons: That I hadn’t booked a longer stay haha

Pros: Was a great place to meet as we are a long distance from each other. Easy to get to from the station. Even though I am no veteran of staying in guest houses this one seemed to have everything you would want and hopefully will have a reason to come back again.
