Great location for city centre. Will be back.

Pros: Very nice guest house with free parking. Great cooked breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. Fantastic value for money.

Well if I was venturing up to Carlisle ever again I would definitely book in here. Kelly was wonderful

Pros: I thought it was exceptionally decorated to a very high standard, and furnished likewise. Loved it, very relaxing, the room was excellent and as described and spotlessly clean Full English Breakfast was superb, well cooked hot and not ‘messy’

Cons: The shower was a bit low on pressure compared to home but didn’t bother me none. So not really an issue

What a find ! Very happy with my stay

Pros: I stayed for one night at the Abbey Court after visiting my sister, having travelled from Leicester, and I had a really lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and cosy, with a lovely bed and a decent TV. Breakfast was delicious, the whole place spotless and the owner, Kelly, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely stay - clean, welcoming, and perfect for a travel break

Pros: The house was spotless and well maintained. It was perfect for relaxing after a long journey. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the English breakfast was very good. The host was kind and welcoming. This stay inspired us to choose guest houses more often to support local businesses. We would happily recommend Abbey Guest House for a cosy and friendly stay.

No 1 b n b in Carlisle

Pros: This is my 5th stay. Each time Kelly n her husband make u so welcome. Love the rooms with ensuite bathroom. Fab breakfast any time I'm travelling to Carlisle its my first choicr
