Pros: Great place, nice room, excellent shower. 5 mins walk into town and the same to the lake. On site park is a bonus. Towels and room cleaned everyday, fresh milk and water everyday. Can't fault it. Thanks Andy nice to meet you.

Pros: Spacious room and en suite Excellent central location and close to lake with beautiful view Helpful and accessible host. Despite little formal parking we were able to park close by without any difficulty.

Superb stay

Pros: We were welcomed by Andy and led to the rooms which were very clean and had all you needed. Fantastic location, parking and a great communal area. We will definitely be back

Pros: Location next to the lake and a few minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. Rooms clean and modern with a great shower. Andy gives you great local advise on the best pubs and restaurants to visit.

Pros: The property was in an excellent place and extremely great host . He was super friendly and very helpful and make us very welcoming 🙏.

Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like

Cons: It’s an old building with loads of charm and it’s no surprise the floor boards were a little squeaky. Wasn’t an issue at all but I did have to take care as I was worried I was disturbing other guests

Perfect for a short weekend getaway

A great week in Keswick

Pros: Lovely Easter weekend spent at Rooms36. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, kettle and coffee machine provided in the room with a shared fridge downstairs with milk provided. The bed was incredible comfy and the room was cleaned to a high standard. All rooms are dog friendly which was great for us bringing ours, but you wouldn’t know a dog had been in before due to the clean in both the room and the hallways. Location is fantastic, couldn’t be better placed for both access to the town and to the lake, a great starting point for many walks. Parking also included for a couple cars, we weren’t early enough for one of the spaces outside but lots of street parking nearby so avoided having to pay for parking. Andy the host is friendly and very helpful and knowledgable about the area if you want any suggestions of things to do. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Cons: Shame no breakfast option, but there’s plenty of fab cafes nearby so didn’t cause us any problem

We had a really great time in this place and will come back in the future!
