Loved the hotel, but an extra blanket or two would have made it even better!

Pros: Room - it was very spacious and comfortable Breakfast was excellent

Cons: It was a very cold night but there were no extra blankets in the room. I mentioned this at the desk, so they might take note for subsequent guests. A choice of a softer pillow would have been nice.

Nice hotel let down by very poor heating in the room.

Pros: It’s in a good location, not far from the centre of Douglas and the ferry terminal. The room was fairly well equipped, with a comfortable bed, kitchenette, fridge and good WiFi. The restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced for evening meal and the breakfast was excellent too. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The tv was disappointingly small for the size of the room (executive room), there was no bath despite that being listed in the included facilities, but worst of all it was very cold - even an hour after turning the heating (air conditioning ) up to full, it still didn’t warm up.

Lovely hotel. Staff were lovely too.

Pros: Breakfast on the Saturday was amazing, it was plated red hot and very tasty. Had a meal on Friday night it was lovely and tasty.

Cons: Buffet breakfast on the Sunday was ok but not as good as Saturday.

Excellent hotel in good location

Pros: Lovely room, great location, friendly staff, nice food. Met Smudge the cat, lical celebrity!

Cons: Played Xmas music on Sun morning breakfast which was bizarre as its mid January. Minor issue!

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing

Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff, clean, good food.

Cons: Car park has a very sharp turn to get in/out of. Car park had mattresses, tables and chairs around the perimeter, would be better out of sight in a storage room especially the mattresses

Pros: steak dinner was realy good and well presented i enjoyed it very much. the breakfast was very good i chose the salmon and eggs which again was of a high quailty
