We will definitely return soon, they couldn't have made us more welcome!

Pros: The staff were the Best, Kylie, Claire and Sandra were all exceptional, very accommodating to all our requests. Breakfast was great, huge and varied. Location was good. Value for money was very good. Evening meals in the restaurant were good value, service great.

Cons: Parking near hotel sometimes a little difficult, but we always managed to find a space reasonably near by. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Pros: Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and very tasty. Room was warm and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning 😊

Clean and tidy with good food and excellent staff.

Pros: Central Douglas was ideal for me on this occasion. The food was excellent and the breakfast set me up for the day. Staff were excellent and really helpful.

Pros: We were 38 years married we spent our honeymoon ar this hotel it was very special for us the staff were very helpful and friendly the room was large spacious very comfortable it was amazing thank you so much and the coffee machine in reception was great
