Wonderful Stay With Really Welcoming Staff

Pros: The staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful. We had to stay over a protracted period as we had no heating and water. But they were so accommodating and the room was lovely and warm and practically saved our situation. The price was extremely reasonable and I thoroughly recommend it.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: all round brilliant hotel , everybody is friendly and helpful , hotel is spotless , room was excellent , nice big bath and shower , linen and towels were always clean , room was cleaned every day , tea and coffee facilities in the room were perfect , could not fault a single thing

Pros: Friendly efficient staff . Good evening meals. Rooms a good size and comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast buffet disappointing- cooked food kept standing too long so overcooked and dry. Tea and coffee served in flasks so not fresh.

Beautiful hotel, perfect for a get away long or short

Pros: Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, incredibly clean bathroom and a very very comfortable bed.

Cons: On arrival for check in, was kept standing at the next for 10 minutes despite two reception staff sat there both looking at one computer screen. Was not acknowledged until 6 minutes of standing in front of them at the desk.

Good place to have a weekend off, we will definitely come back.

Pros: Is a nice hotel for a weekend stay. It has some quiet places to relax (im saying this as its full families with kids, which I don’t mind as mind as long as I have some quieter areas). We loved the bar area near to the restaurant, we had drinks and played cards next to the fireplace while we waited for our restaurant booking time. Then we had an amazing dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was also great, very good variety and the place is bright and spacious.

Cons: We didn’t used the pool as it was very busy (however we know that is a good hotel for local families to bring their kids to do fun stuff and it was also Halloween weekend). Next time we will might book the spa, as the main pool is not big enough and it feels claustrophobic as there’s no natural light.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Room was beautiful with a lovely view, very clean too. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel was beautifully decorated & we can't wait to stay again.

Cons: Didn't like how cold the pool was

Comfortable, friendly hotel in beautiful grounds

Pros: Such a beautiful hotel - gorgeous rooms, comfortable and spacious bathroom, lovely bedding. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, with a great restaurant, small play area for my son and a good sized pool. The manager was exceptional and clearly takes great pride in his role and the hotel.

Excellent location, close to the airport, staff friendly, reasonably priced.

Pros: Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and explained how their service worked. Hotel location was great as it was fairly central and out of douglas town centre.

Cons: Really struggling to find something that I didnt enjoy about my stay here, If i have to put something here I would say the black pudding was under cooked. But that is clutching for something to write here.

Excellent hotel but would need a car to get out and about

Pros: Big bedrooms with bath and walk in shower. Food was good but not a massive choice. Staff were really excellent , friendly and helpful.

Cons: Not near any other places to eat
