Fantastic staff, very comfortable room, great menu, all good if you can get over cost of dog to stay.

Pros: Great location, lovely room, good menu, lovely food and beer, dog well looked after and staff were exceptional. All fantastic if you can get over the cost of your dog to stay

Cons: Get the price for letting dog stay before booking as is excessive.

Pros: Brilliant old pub with loads of character staff were very polite and friendly. Very good breakfast.

Cons: Parking was a little confusing if following GPS. Parked public ticketed car park although it wasn’t to far away

Cons: Stairs very narrow and steep but that didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Pros: Location, Decor, Friendly Staff, How cozy it felt, rooms are lovely and have a nice feel and look lovely. The views from front facing rooms, on to market square and up the fells behind are awesome. Breakfast was good (except the sausage and bacon)

Cons: Booking.com description. Described as a large room, it wasn't had to walk sideways between the bed and wall/TV to get to the other side of bed and window. Satellite TV, no apps to watch your own subscriptions ie netflix/prime etc unable to cast to the TV as it wasnt connected to the Internet. Breakfast, Bacon was cooked but just enough to pass standards, sausage was bland.
