This was a perfect experience. Charming, cosy, but without sacrificing luxury.

Pros: The room was amazing. Charming and cosy but with all modern conveniences. And with a lovely view with mountains in the distance. The staff were warm and friendly, and treated you like old friends. The WiFi was the best I've experienced in a hotel. The restaurant had great food, with a warm woodburning fireplace.

A great place to stay, lots of character and great food.

Pros: The food was excellent- both breakfasts and dinners. Portions were very large , well presented and the food was delicious. The bar was well stocked with an amazing collection of gins. The lunchtime buffet for a reception was first class. Staff were great - friendly and helpful.

Cons: No criticism at all.
