Despite the appalling weather we have just had a lovely stay here.

Pros: Location. Welcome. Facilities. Service. Friendliness. Food. Food. Food. And every single team member were bang on !

Cons: Absolutely nothing! Zilch. Zero. Nada. There was simply no improvement to be made in service, cleanliness, quality etc.

Wonderful get away deep in the beautiful Lakes

Pros: Loved our stay in the Bridge Hotel. Our room overlooked Mill Beck which was a beautiful sight first thing in the morning when waking. Breakfast had a good range and was excellent. We also dinned in the bar for both the nights we were there. We were in the Lakes primarily for walking and you certainly aren't spoiled for walks in the area - stunning scenery.

Pros: Absolutely loved my stay here, the interior decor was so well done, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, the pub food and atmosphere superb and the en suite and balcony etc were unexpectedly good too!

Cons: There is nothing all all not to like!

Pros: Can't really fault it.. spent 2 nights for my wife's birthday, had a slight problem in the room we booked and we were given a beautiful apartment without asking.. Vicky and all of the staff were brilliant & there attention to detail was impeccable.. a real credit to the hotel making us feel very special on this special occasion.. thank you all & we will see you again.

Lovely Buttermere

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. Bar and restaurant were welcoming with great food , staff were very friendly and helpful overall a lovely stay in a perfect location

Great location, gorgeous hotel and delicious breakfast.

Pros: The location was incredible. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The bathroom was gorgeous with lovely products which you could buy.

Cons: Difficulty in securing a table for our evening meal as the hotel does not prioritise residents over non-residents. Ate very late as a consequence and ended up with third choices from menu due to lack of food availability. Service wasn’t great but accept the hotel was extremely busy. Would have liked a tv in the room.

Brillaint place. Food fab. Would definitely revisit.

Pros: 5 minute walk to Buttermere lake. Room was lovely with a balcony. Food was tremendous. Staff were great.

Cons: No lift, no TV’s in the bedroom. This would not stop me staying here again but some people may need a lift and want a TV. Just personal requirements.
