We had meetings in Whitehaven, easy location to get to, worked perfectly for us

Most enjoyable two days midway through our holiday

Pros: Excellent evening meal. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and beds most comfortable. Convenient parking. All staff helpful and friendly.

Totally relaxing in lovely surroundings

Pros: We had the most lovely two night stay. The Old Posting House has such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Terry and Nicola made us feel very welcome from the minute go. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Our room was lovely , bed very comfortable and everywhere spotlessly clean. Definitely on our list of Happy Places , look forward to visiting again 😊

Home from Home Heaven

Pros: It was like home from home, the hosts were so friendly, the room was spotless, beds were so comfortable with lovely bedding. Clean towels and toiletries. Fresh drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Tv. The full english breakfast was superb. Best Bacon I've ever had.

Pros: Lovely place to stay. Room was clean and spacious. Food delicious. Staff very helpful.

Cons: The room got very light early in the morning due to the type of blinds, which meant we woke up quite early.

Good accomodation, good food. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Very friendly and wecoming, good food. They checked in advance that we wanted dinner on arrival evening, which was great.

Cons: Unfortunately, we didnt prebook breakfast (which I havent found to be an issue at other venues). However, it was too late to book it when we asked in the evening - something to bear in mind when booking in future!
