Wonderful place for a Lakeland getaway

Pros: This was a great stay! The owners are very welcoming and attentive, and the overall place wonderful for a weekend getaway. The breakfast set us up well for a days hike on the fells.

Outstanding Guest House and Superb Hosts

Pros: Brilliant hosts, beautiful room, fabulous breakfast! The house is outstanding with fantastic views, especially when the sun is shining. Very clean and well maintained, we stayed in the tripple room, which was lovely, roomy and comfortable. Craig and Clare couldn't do enough and were very insightful about the surrounding area. It's close to Castlerigg Stone Circle and Keswick with the Farmers Arms around a 5 minute walk away We all had a wonderful 2 night stay and would highly recommend, so much so that we're already organising another visit next year.

Great property, hosts and location!

Pros: Beautiful home, clean and comfy with a fabulous breakfast. Very conveniently located whether driving or wanting to walk to local pubs and restaurants. We loved it.
