Overall it was great, would visit again

Pros: Lovely property and gardens. Brimstone Spa was gorgeous

Cons: Slow service in Stoves restaurant. Not sure if new staff or short staffed but we had quite a wait for drinks/ food

Pros: Gorgeous setting very peaceful! Big shoutout to Conor behind the bar, we went on a Sunday and kitchen closed at 8:30 and we got there for 8:35 (we thought it was 9:30!) and he spoke to the chef and sorted us out which we where very grateful for! Also thank you to Andie she showed us the way to our room which was super helpful!

Cons: Nothing! It was a bit out the way but perfect for our getaway.

Pros: The location and restaurant was excellent, the room was spacious and quiet.

Great location, staff need to be more customer friendly and at least appear to care.

Pros: Lovely location & well laid out with great pool, gym & spa.

Cons: Took me a long time to find my room. I found a number of the staff quite apathetic and got the impression there seems nothing to distinguish the guests (considering the not inconsiderable room rates) and non-residents who clearly use the facilities a lot.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway in the UK

Pros: Clean, Comfortable and relaxing. A perfect destination for de stress and revitalise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties to choose from.

Cons: There wasn’t much to not like about the Langdale Hotel and Spa.
