Beautiful property with very friendly host, would definitely visit again.

Pros: Phil was a fantastic host, greeted us when we arrived and offered advice on local places to eat and interesting places for walks and photography. The house was beautifully furnished with Phil's photography and Helen's artwork. Very pleased with room and bathroom, both very high standard. Fantastic views over towards the mountains out of the bedroom window. Breakfast was served very promptly and was excellent quality. Very pleased with stay and would heartily recommend.

Overall if you looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. Hermiston guest house is a great choice

Pros: Warm welcome, good breakfast, great base for the northern lakes. Easy parking. Very helpful and knowledgeable hosts. Good pubs/restaurants within walking distance. Spotlessly clean.

Pros: Was a lovely relaxing weekend away,host were very welcoming and helpful with directions, breakfast was lovely just what you needed to start of the day, location and view's were amazing.

Fabulous hosts…great breakfast… clean room…great value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect and there was off road parking on the driveway. The view were outstanding (when the cloud cleared). The property was well maintained and very clean. Our hosts were amazing and before we left we have made a promise to return again, it was that good 👍

Hermiston Guest House, Keswick

Pros: Lovely guest house conveniently located near Keswick. Superb accomodation which was well furnished and very clean. Our room had an ensuite shower with towels provided. Tea making facilities were also provided within a lovely room. The breakfasts were excellent. The time required for breakfast along with food items required were requested the evening before, which meant no waiting to place an order and a quicker breakfast. The hosts were very accomodating and were available for the odd chat. Offroad parking is available. Two very good places to eat are within a few minutes walk.

Cons: The was nothing to dislike. Certainly recommend it.

Pros: This was such a beautiful stay! The place, the comfort, the views, the serenity … and to top it all, Phil is such a warm kind and welcoming heart! My husband and I felt so at ease - it was like being home, being taken care of and surrounded by such positive quiet energy throughout. I read a lot about the breakfast reviews - can definitely vouch for it! It’s YUM - like really yum. We would love to go back and experience the stay, again. I’ve stayed in a lot of properties - but this one definitely touched us!
